Payments We Accept: We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express credit AND debit card payments through our secure server.

Coupons & Member Prices : Coupons and member prices are handled like rebates. Your discount savings will be refunded to you within seven days after your order is made.

Shipping: We ship United States Postal Service Priority mail. Please note that while the standard USPS Priority Mail delivery schedule is 3 to 5 business days, this is provided as an estimate only, it is not a guarantee so it can be a little less or a little more. Please contact USPS or your local post office to verify their Priority Mail policy. Priority Mail deliveries may be substantially delayed during the holiday season. USPS does not deliver mail on federal holidays or when Post Offices are closed due to national disasters or inclement weather.

Lead Time: Following placement of your order, please allow up to 7 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. NOTE: you will receive an invoice confirming your order on the same day your order was made. Our products do not sit for months in inventory waiting to be sold--they are made fresh daily and weekly. A shipping confirmation notice is e-mailed to you after your order is shipped. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder and/or adjust your e-mail filter settings. USPS Priority Mail does not shorten order processing time, it only shortens delivery time. Your order should arrive to you between 3 to 6 days after your order is shipped from our company if you are in the United Stated.

Return & Refund Policy

Our products are made with 100% natural ingredients and therefore may vary in color, texture, aroma, etc. Since they come directly from nature, our ingredients are affected by variations in nature (i.e. temperature, rainfall, sunlight, etc.). These differences from batch to batch are considered normal and in no way are regarded as defects in the quality of our products. In fact, we celebrate variations in color and texture as our guarantee to you that we use NO chemical or artificial ingredients. We do not guarantee results as each individual's body chemistry, skin and hair responds differently to different products. If you are unsure of how a product will work then we encourage you to purchase our two ounce or four ounce sizes and/or use our discount coupons to take advantage of additional savings to sample products. We will accept returns for items damaged in shipping such as broken glass or leakage, and for items that may have been shipped incorrectly. Damaged and incorrect items must be mailed back to us within 5 days of receiving your order if they are to be replaced. Our items are inspected prior to shipping. Special care goes into packing each order. We can not take responsibility for the postal service (which tries to handle packages with care); however, in the event that your order arrives damaged then we will do our best to accommodate you by replacing your order and you are responsible for the reshipping fees. All sales are final and are not subject to return unless damaged or incorrect. You must notify us within 48 hours if your order arrived damaged or incorrect.

If an order is returned by USPS because of an error on your part such as an inaccurate address or failure to claim a package held at the post office, then items will only be reshipped after receiving the shipping amount from you. The order will not be sent until the shipping cost is paid. Orders cannot be canceled at that time and no refunds will be issued. If there is a delivery issue due to an error we are responsible for then you can opt to get a refund, but you must notify us within 14 days to receive a gift certificate equal to the amount purchased. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for items purchased through other vendors. Thank you for shopping at our store. We hope our products meet or exceed your needs. Shipping Insurance and Signature Confirmation: In order to keep customer shipping costs down, shipments are not automatically insured. Healthy Choices Natural Market is not responsible for events outside of our control such as packages damaged, lost or misdirected by USPS or stolen by a third party. If you would like to have your order shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance and/or signature confirmation, then please add this option to your shopping cart because an additional fee is required. International Orders: We welcome and appreciate all customers and are glad to offer our products to international customers. All international orders have a $13 surcharge fee that must be paid when your order is placed. This surcharge fee is necessary due to the increased cost of shipping outside the United States of America. We appreciate your long distance purchase.
